A two-day national convening bringing together policymakers, private sector leaders, investors, and youth stakeholders to validate and ratify Nigeria's Agricultural Mechanisation Policy, alongside a live exhibition of tractors and agri-tech innovations.
The Nigerian Agricultural Mechanisation Policy Summit (NAMPS 2026) is the culmination of a multi-year national effort to address Nigeria's mechanisation gap—where fewer than 6 tractors serve every 10,000 hectares of farmland.
The summit will formally ratify the draft National Agricultural Mechanisation Policy (NAMP), establishing a national framework to guide investment, regulation, financing, and capacity development over the next decade.
Discussions and engagements are structured around four core thematic areas: Policy, Public-Private Partnerships, Investment, and Youth & Women, reflecting the critical pillars required to build a sustainable, inclusive, and scalable mechanisation ecosystem.
Running alongside the summit is a major live exhibition showcasing tractors, combine harvesters, drones, irrigation systems, and other labour-saving technologies from Nigeria's leading manufacturers and innovators.
Two days of high-level engagement — beginning with a VIP evening reception and formal opening on Monday 6 July, followed by a full day of policy deliberation, panels, and ratification on Tuesday 7 July.
