What is TMF
TMF is a high-level stakeholder convening by TracTrac MSL that brings government, investors, development partners, agribusinesses, and service providers into one room to solve Nigeria's mechanization gap.
With fewer than 6 tractors per 10,000 hectares, coordinated action is urgent. TMF exists to move from conversation to implementation.

"Without supportive policy, innovations and investments risk not reaching their full potential. We must engage in robust discussions on how policy can create an enabling environment for sustainable mechanisation."
- Godson Ohuruogu, CEO, TracTrac MSL
The crisis we're solving
Of Nigeria's 34 million smallholder farmers, only 16% have access to mechanized equipment, hindered by cost, financing gaps, and weak supply chains.
Nigeria has roughly 5,000 functional tractors. It needs 1.5 million to achieve food security. The investment gap, and the opportunity, is enormous.
What 40 people do in 80 days, one tractor completes in a single day. Manual farming is costing Nigeria its planting and harvest windows every season.
133 million Nigerians live in multidimensional poverty, most in rural communities dependent on subsistence agriculture. Mechanization is their fastest path out.
Our Journey
TMF is not a one time conference. It is a growing movement, with each event building accountability and momentum toward a mechanized Nigeria.
